We’re your locally owned and family-run store combining traditional and contemporary flavours to create a delicious and fresh menu to suit all dietary requirements.
Better yet, we’ve created a menu where you can grab and go from the store or get delivery via Menulog. And if you feel like stopping to eat, there’s seating behind our kiosk in Toormina Gardens.

Our story
Having grown up and gone to school here on the Coffs Coast, Claire decided to move back to the area for the great lifestyle it offers. Here she met David, had two daughters and the rest, as they say, is history.
The husband and wife team bought the already established Sushi Roll Express back in 2016. When they bought the business, they had decided to start a new adventure together where they could live out their passions and have more time to spend as a family.
Their two daughters, Charlotte and Elsie, are often prime taste testers for the kids sushi platters.
